Mediterranean Savoury Tart

This savoury tart is a meal on its own, yet simple and exactly what I prepare to celebrate friendship.

The tart is made out of a basic béchamel white sauce with Mediterranean ingredients and a savoury crust in a spring form tin.

With a healthy salad, what more could you have, but friendship and laughter.
